What a beginning for the month of February. The humour that has started to abound with short jokes must have something to do with Feb being the shortest month. Marc Cortez truly believes a picture tells a story of a thousand words. Jim West tells a story that every parent can relate to, and his series of photos about words failing him.. well you have to see them yourself..
There is an interesting discussion about heresy going on over at New Leaven… and Josh has an interesting piece on Trinitarian gooblegook…finishing his post that if Jesus was here… I can’t be sure, but I’ve got a feeling that he wouldn’t spend too much time discussing the trinity either. Kevin who goes by the name Diglotting has problems with the Apostles Creed. While we are talking about theories; Roger Olson posts as usual a good article about the Atonement…
Dan gets a fresh reminder of his call to ministry and is one of the few I have heard saying that he will pray for his national leader. Talking about unity; Dave Black talks about the Holy Kiss and T.C has another good discussion going about racial discrimination and black appreciation month. Brian Le’port notes his monochromatic theology and Mark Stevens that theology has to be done within community while Diglotting talks about the risks in praying to or not praying to the saints. Joel Watts links to Frank Schaffer on picking up the pieces after a crisis of faith.
Finally a video of one of my old time favourite musicians… perhaps we can replace St Quentin with the word “Sin”
Thanks for the plugs. 😉
