A Heart for the City: Mentoring Juveniles (via Near Emmaus)

I love radical expressions of church. Many of our churches I believe have a unhealthy obsession with the church building and that ministry must take place within and around that building. In the process instead of releasing people to minister; often the reverse takes place with a high cost of burnout.

I just love what these church is doing.

Over the last few weeks I have been writing about the various means by which the Lighthouse church community has been proclaiming the gospel to San Francisco (see here, here, and here).
