My wife organised a surprise adventure for my birthday and we ended up at the Caravan and Camping show at New Castle NSW. We stayed the night at a nice hotel called Noahs, where we had a room facing the ocean. On Saturday we spent the afternoon fishing at The Entrance. Anyway here are some photos of from our room and at the lake where we went fishing. I have to admit I was more than a little spell bound watching the surfers in the waves which was like poetry in motion.
There is something special about the sea and lakes and I always feel refreshed, inspired and renewed every time I spend some time near it.
Was that you on the surf board? Good form, mate!
I wish it was me Dave. I have never been on a surfboard. Though I used to enjoy a bogey board and body surfing.
Watching some of those surfers was like watching poetry.
